Refund, Return or cancellation policy

Products

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused products within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item, grow dudas, LLC will issue a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

• Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/refunds.

• Please be patient and allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

• Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. If return items are received damaged or does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse such items and thus, may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

• We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment therefore, we recommend an insured mail service that provides tracking. The cost and risk of return the item(s) is your responsibility and should be sent to the following address:
